JB Communications was founded in 1984 as a full-service Business Development Firm offering marketing, advertising, public relations and graphic design services.

John Beilharz, founder and general partner. John holds a Ph.D. in organizational development. With over 20 years experience in advertising and public relations, he provides much of the marketing insight and advertising strategy that helps clients explore, develop and implement programs for business success.

Beverly Snyder, general partner and project manager. Beverly has been a partner and project manager with JB Communications since 1986. With a liberal arts background and a Bachelor of Science degree from Sonoma State University, she combines her attention to detail with a creative eye. She has worked with hundreds of clients over the years in developing many successful collateral projects and advertising campaigns.
